We are committed to helping our students succeed during school and after graduation.From assisting in surgery to monitoring a sick or injured animal, veterinary technicians help care for animals of all shapes and sizes. Veterinary technicians perform a variety of tasks under the supervision of a veterinarian. These tasks include:
After finishing the program, you'll be trained in handling and restraining animal patients, office procedures, anesthesia, sterilization, radiology, pharmacology, and other procedures.
An externship during your last semester will give you even more real-world experience.
